Required Documents
Prepare these documents before submitting your child’s application to help us process the admission smoothly.
What to bring
Please prepare the following documents for admission:
Bring clear photocopies and keep the original documents available for verification if requested by the Admissions team.
›01Copy of Birth Certificate+
Please provide a clear photocopy of the learner’s official birth certificate.
›02Copy of Immunization/Clinic Card+
Include an up-to-date copy of the learner’s immunisation or clinic record.
›032 Colour Passport Photos (white background)+
Submit two recent colour passport-size photographs taken against a white background.
›04Parents’ National Identity Cards/Passports+
Provide photocopies for both parents or guardians for NEMIS registration.
›05Transfer Letter from Former School+
Required for a learner transferring from another school, together with the latest school report where available.
›06NEMIS Number+
Provide the learner’s NEMIS number if they have already been registered in the national system.
